Account and credits
For sign-in, visitor-session, balance, ledger, generation, cancellation, or refund questions.
For job/generation dispute, use the Credit activity tab and click on the Report issue link.
Privacy and publishing
For private assets, public pages, unlisted share links, correction, deletion, or privacy questions.
Include the public slug or share link only when it is relevant to the request.
Abuse and security
For suspected abuse, exposed private data, unsafe public content, or security concerns.
Share enough detail to reproduce or identify the issue without sending unnecessary private source content.
