Paste a review checklist

Enter one keyword or phrase per line. Blank lines and duplicate terms are ignored, so a copied checklist is ready to search without cleanup.

Require concepts to appear together

ANY mode finds passages containing one or more terms. ALL mode requires every term to occur in the selected one-to-five-paragraph window, which is useful when a requirement is expressed across adjacent paragraphs.

See the coverage gap

The coverage panel counts each keyword independently and makes zero-result terms obvious. This helps distinguish a true omission from a phrase that simply did not appear in the same passage as the other terms.

Frequently asked questions

Is my PDF uploaded?

No. PDF reading, indexing and searching happen in your browser. The file is not uploaded to KnowledgePilot or permanently stored.

Can this search scanned PDFs?

This version searches PDFs with a selectable text layer. If a document contains mostly page images, it will tell you that there is little searchable text instead of presenting a misleading empty result.

Does the tool use AI?

No. Matching, paragraph reconstruction and ranking are deterministic browser-side operations. There are no LLM calls or AI APIs.
