Text Case

A quick planning estimate

This counter estimates one token per four characters. It is useful for rough prompt sizing before you send text to an AI service, but it cannot predict an exact bill or context-window fit.

Why actual counts differ

Models use different tokenizers. Languages, symbols, formatting and code can split into tokens differently from ordinary English prose. Check the provider’s tokenizer when precision matters.
